1. Refund Policy for Digital Products

  • All digital product sales (e.g., plugins, themes, licenses, subscriptions, premium tools) are final because they are non-tangible and easily replicable.

  • Refunds will not be issued unless:

    • The product is defective, or

    • The product does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.

  • If you believe your product is defective or misrepresented, you must contact us within 14 days of purchase.

  • If your claim is verified, we will either:

    • Replace the product, or

    • Issue a full refund.


2. Refund Policy for Freelance Services

  • If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of project completion.

  • We will first try to resolve your concerns through revisions or adjustments.

  • If we cannot resolve the issue, we may issue a partial or full refund based on:

    • The amount of work completed, and

    • The resources already used.

  • Refunds will not be provided if:

    • The client has already approved the final project.

    • The project is cancelled after work has started.

    • Fraudulent activity or abuse of our services is suspected.


3. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
