1. Refund Policy for Digital Products
All digital product sales (e.g., plugins, themes, licenses, subscriptions, premium tools) are final because they are non-tangible and easily replicable.
Refunds will not be issued unless:
The product is defective, or
The product does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.
If you believe your product is defective or misrepresented, you must contact us within 14 days of purchase.
If your claim is verified, we will either:

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of project completion.
We will first try to resolve your concerns through revisions or adjustments.
If we cannot resolve the issue, we may issue a partial or full refund based on:
The amount of work completed, and
The resources already used.
Refunds will not be provided if:
The client has already approved the final project.
The project is cancelled after work has started.
Fraudulent activity or abuse of our services is suspected.
